Thabo Maharela
Thabo Maharela holds an LLB degree from the University of Limpopo. He completed his articles of clerkship at Sefalafala Attorneys Inc. in Johannesburg, where he gained experience across a broad range of legal practice areas.
During his period of articles, he was exposed to General Corporate and Commercial Law, Civil and Criminal Law, Employment and Labour Law, General and Commercial Litigation, Sports Law and Family Law.
He was admitted as an attorney in March 2026 and subsequently continued practising as an associate before establishing Thabo Maharela Attorneys Inc.
His approach to legal practice is grounded in professionalism, attention to detail, practical problem-solving and a commitment to understanding the individual needs of every client.
